Shipping Charges

Your shipping charges when shopping with us are calculated in a number of ways depending on what is being purchased. For most items that don't have free shipping, you may calculate the shipping yourself with our real-time UPS or USPS calculators. For orders that include items that have free shipping, AND standard items where shipping is charged, the UPS and USPS calculators will only calculate shipping for the items where shipping is charged.
MK Diamond products over $500 are priced "delivered," except the large masonry saws. In some cases, deliveries to a residential address will incur a shipping charge, but business deliveries will not.
Many MK Diamond products are priced "delivered." However, you WILL incur shipping costs if the shipping company charges us back for delivering the product to a residential address. On step 1 of the checkout process, you specify whether the shipping address is a business or residence. To avoid complications later, please enter that value accurately.

If your order contains items that need to be freighted, due to weight or dimensions, we will contact you with available shipping options before processing your order.

Delivery Dates

For your order to be filled same day, we must receive your order by Noon Pacific Time. Orders received after Noon Pacific Time may be process the following business day.

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery for standard ground shipping.
